Looks like some of the reviews of this location are older from the photos, but I did not experience any issues when I visited. It was clean inside, the employees were helpful, gave me a lot of extra salsa when I asked for it. Of course I used the app, no wait when I arrive to grab my food and eat. The app has some great deals as well, my go to has been the 3 tacos Al carbon with chips and a drink for $5.99, what a deal, tastes good decent amount of food. Inside is a typical El Pollo Loco, looks to be updated a bit, some of the pictures on the wall should be updated or repaired/cleaned. This is a fast casual dining spot, not a sit down Michelin star restaurant, so be realistic. I really like El Pollo Loco and go to various locations often, usual I get consistency and the same experience with good food. Enjoy!
I've been going to this location after the gym and the workers are always nice. One time they forgot my salad dressing but overall the food is very fresh at this location and reasonable prices for the quality of food. Ambiance is very busy, no drive thru either. I will be coming back.
I don't understand the low overall star rating... my experience was pretty good! Tacos al carbon combo was like 12 bucks or so and was very tasty. Also got the churros for a couple of bucks... really good churros. Service was good and fast. No drive through so you have to park and walk in but that's no big deal.
